ADAM EUROPE (ehemals adama) is part of the ADAM AMERICA Real Estate Group and a vertically integrated owner, developer and operator of residential real estate.
We are currently involved in ground-up and value-add residential projects as well as office buildings and large mixed-use developments. Our portfolio consists of multi-use properties in various major European cities, such as Berlin, Frankfurt, Strasbourg and Bucharest, totaling more than 800 residential units over approx. 160,000sqm of residential and commercial real estate.
